The Party BP designer door is a modern model with a minimalist design and the ability to combine different finish options. Thanks to its high level of thermal and sound insulation, it’s an excellent choice for private homes and mansions.

Standard door frame sizes: 870×2050 mm, 970×2050 mm.

Panel thickness – 85mm. The metal frame is built on a 1.2mm sheet of metal with a U-shaped profile around the perimeter of the panel. Rigidity is provided by 2 vertical metal ribs and horizontal ribs near the hinges, along with welded metal “pockets” for the lock housings. The panel is insulated with a 50mm layer of mineral wool.

The exterior decorative finish has a “sandwich” structure made of laminated galvanized steel sheet and extruded polystyrene foam. The interior decorative panel is made of moisture-resistant MDF, 12mm thick, covered with Vinorit PVC film. This multi-layer panel construction reliably retains heat indoors and delivers high thermal and sound insulation performance.

The panel edge is laminated to match the color of the interior decorative panel.

To prevent forced entry, the Straj Proof door features 4 anti-break bolts. The panel is securely held by three conical hinges.

The Straj Proof door frame, 130mm deep, is made of 1.8mm cold-rolled steel and has 3 sealing contours. The frame perimeter is insulated with mineral stone wool, which offers high density and moisture resistance. The interior quarter of the frame is separated from the exterior section and has its own layer of thermal insulation, creating a thermal break that prevents freezing and condensation.

The lock section of the frame is reinforced with an additional plate around the openings. The opening for the main lock’s latch has a device for adjusting the panel’s pressure fit. The anchor holes have aesthetic covers.

The steel construction of the Straj Proof door is finished with heat-resistant powder coating.
